Please note that fabrics that are cut, washed, altered, or returned in an unsellable condition are not eligible for a refund or exchange. The unsellable condition is described as, but not limited to, fabrics that are dirty, wrinkled, contaminated with human or animal hair, exude a smoky odor or other pungent odor.
If a returned fabric arrives in non-salable condition, without an authorized exception, the refund will not be processed and we will notify you by email. Purchases made on Telaslycra.com/US/ are eligible for a refund within 10 days from the day you receive the package.
